1. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Free Domestic Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
No Minimums: There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free standard shipping.
No Promised Deadlines: While the vast majority of packages arrive within our estimated windows, all delivery dates are estimates provided by the carriers and are not strictly guaranteed.
2. Production & Fulfillment Times
On-Demand Printing: Every item on our storefront is custom-made to order.
Processing Window: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be printed, detailed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday seasons, fulfillment may take an additional 1 to 2 business days. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your items are printed to our exact quality standards.
3. Transit Estimates
Once your order has been crafted and handed off to our shipping carriers, transit times begin.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days after fulfillment.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is scanned by the mail carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once received.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Delivery Issues: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with your local postal carrier, neighbors, or building management before reaching out.
Damaged In Transit: If your item arrives visibly damaged due to transit, please take a photo immediately and email us at onethirtythreeapparel@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. 133 Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
