Returns Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused.
- In its original packaging.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: To cover the cost of return shipping, a flat fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your final refund.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your return must be sent using the specific prepaid shipping label provided to ensure it reaches the correct fulfillment location.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at onethirtythreeapparel@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (For damaged or defective items, please include a photo of the issue in your email so we can expedite a replacement).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
Approval Timeframe: If approved, your refund (minus the return shipping fee) will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
